This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused sales leader with experience in a B2B manufacturing environment to join a stable and growing organisation. You'll be responsible for managing an established team, driving sales performance, developing key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
The Role
Lead, manage and develop a team of 8 sales professionals.
Drive sales growth whilst maintaining strong profit margins.
Support and develop relationships with key accounts.
Monitor market activity and identify new commercial opportunities.
Oversee sales administration and order fulfilment processes.
Recruit, coach and develop team members.
Work closely with senior management on sales strategy and business growth.
Attend customer meetings, industry events and exhibitions as required.
