As a supply teacher with Academics, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in education during teacher absences and cover for staff education and training.
Your main responsibilities include:
Delivering pre-prepared lessons to primary or secondary school students.
Managing the classroom environment, ensuring that behaviour is managed effectively and students remain engaged.
Providing constructive feedback to students, following school policies, and marking work where required.
Being adaptable and confident teaching across various subjects and year groups.
