The Role
As a Renewal Adviser, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, maximising customer retention, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling. Using your excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach, you will provide tailored solutions that meet clients' needs while ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver against agreed sales and retention targets.
Proactively manage customer renewals and retention opportunities.
Assess clients' needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
Identify and maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure all customer interactions are compliant with industry regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
Take ownership of personal development and industry knowledge.
Share best practices and contribute positively to team performance.
