The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We're seeking a Building Services Engineer with a strong plumbing background to join our team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and mechanical systems.
Attend reactive maintenance and breakdown calls.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs to plumbing and associated plant equipment.
Maintain hot and cold-water systems.
Service and repair pumps, valves, pipework, expansion vessels and drainage systems.
Undertake minor installation and refurbishment works.
Complete service reports and maintenance records accurately.
Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations.
Liaise professionally with clients, subcontractors and colleagues.Requirements
Essential:
NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing & Heating or equivalent.
Proven experience within commercial building services maintenance.
Strong plumbing fault-finding and repair skills.
Experience working on hot and cold-water systems.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.Desirable:
G3 Unvented Hot Water Qualification.
Water Hygiene Awareness.
Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services.
Experience using CAFM systems.
