Our client, a successful prestige dealership in North West London, is looking for an experienced Prestige Sales Executive to join their established sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive looking to develop their career within a premium automotive environment, with strong earning potential and the opportunity to maximise income through vehicle sales, finance and additional products.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Develop strong customer relationships through effective qualification and communication.
* Create an excellent first impression and deliver a premium customer experience.
* Achieve monthly targets for vehicle sales, profitability, finance penetration and additional products.
* Maximise sales and profitability by following the established sales process.
* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Manage customers throughout the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond.
* Develop and maintain effective customer follow-up and prospecting systems.
* Identify opportunities to generate repeat and new business.
* Maintain strong product knowledge through regular training.
* Ensure all customer information and sales activity is accurately recorded.
Your Background & Skills
* Minimum 1 year's experience as a Sales Executive within the Motor Trade.
* Previous prestige or premium automotive experience would be advantageous.
* Well-presented and professional.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to quickly establish rapport and build lasting customer relationships.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills.
* Target-driven and commercially focused.
* Full clean UK Driving Licence.
