The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Main Duties
Manage and coordinate facilities related projects across site from initiation through to completion, under the supervision and direction of the Facilities Manager.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource requirements, coordinating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables for review and approval by the Facilities Manager where required.
Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders on performance, risks, and opportunities.
Projects include but not limited to:
Oversee asbestos removal, ensuring works are planned and executed safely and efficiently.
Refurbishment works across site including roof repair.
Civil improvement projects, such as roads, traffic management, drainage, and associated infrastructure works.
Building repairs, renovations, and new construction projects.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resolve issues.
Support the management of contractor performance and activities on site to ensure compliance with project and safety requirements.
Monitor project expenditure in line with approval from the Facilities Manager and support cost-effective delivery of projects, including working with Procurement to source suppliers, materials, and services.
Propose and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure project success, escalating significant issues to the Facilities Manager where appropriate.
Identify project risks and escalate issues where required.
Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
Promote safe working practices and environmental standards across all project activities.
Conduct health & safety risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safe working practices.
