Aztrum is delighted to be partnering with a well-established Architectural practice in Canterbury that is looking to expand its technical team. With a strong portfolio of Residential and Commercial developments, the practice has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects from planning through to construction.
They are now looking to welcome an experienced Architectural Technologist who is keen to play a key role in the technical delivery of projects while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:
Prepare planning drawings and technical documentation
Develop technical specifications and detailed construction information for tender and construction packages
Support senior team members with the delivery of technical design packages
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors and the wider design team
Produce accurate technical drawings and construction information
Maintain and develop technical details, drawing standards and document templates
Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
Contribute to the successful delivery of Residential and Commercial developments
Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:
Degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience within a UK Architectural practice
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Experience delivering Residential and Commercial projects in the UK
Strong technical detailing and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
