The organisation has ambitious plans for growth, with continued investment across its College, Apprenticeship and Adult Learning divisions. Following recent successful inspections and increasing learner numbers, they are expanding their Construction department and are looking for an experienced Plumbing professional to join the team.
Previous teaching experience isn't essential. If you're an experienced plumber with an NVQ Level 3 qualification and a genuine passion for helping others, full teacher training and ongoing support will be provided to help you transition into education.
Working Monday to Friday, you'll teach practical plumbing and heating skills to learners studying from Entry Level through to Level 2, while also supporting apprentices working towards Level 3 qualifications. You'll benefit from dedicated preparation and administration time, modern workshop facilities and a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together.

The Role
*Deliver practical Plumbing and Heating training to learners aged 16+
*Teach Entry Level, Level 1 and Level 2 learners, with apprenticeship support up to Level 3
*Support students with EHCPs in developing practical skills and confidence
*Full teacher training and qualifications provided
*Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
*Dedicated administration and lesson preparation time
*42-week contract offering excellent work-life balance
The Person
*NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or Plumbing & Heating
*Strong industry experience within Plumbing
*Previous teaching or training experience desirable but not essential
*Passion for developing young people
*Understanding of SEND/EHCP learners would be advantageous
*Looking to build a long-term career within education
