Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Description
Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking clients in the Surrey area - deals are typically between £0.5 - 20 Million, and the portfolio is currently sitting at 45 customers
Provide strategic financial advice and bespoke banking solutions to meet client needs
Assess clients for their Credit worthiness, and ongoing credit needs / stress testing
Identify opportunities for business growth and proactively engage new clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Foster long-term professional relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Profile
A successful Corporate Banking Manager should have:
A strong background in corporate banking within the financial services industry
Used to working with SME corporate clients on deals ranging from £0.5-20 Million
Create and stress test company credit worthiness reports
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
Excellent analytical skills to assess financial data and market trends.
