We are wokring with a client who sits within fleet automotive, they offer service and repair to the business user. Due to growth and more clients onboarding with them, they now need to appoint a strong administration person to support the office function. Day to day this person will facilitate various automotive administration tasks, ordering parts, uploading parts to their inhouse system, scheduling technicians to go and carry work out, speaking with the end company and users of their service.
No 2 days are the same, it is a very reactive environment, they have a positive work hard play hard attitude.
Luxury offices, with a good amount of support within the team.
The successful administrator must possess strong office skills, be a quick learner,able to multi-task and speak confidently and accuratley over the telephone.
The working week is Monday - Friday, based on 40 hours.
