The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer to take ownership of complex, multi-layer PCB design and layout across a range of advanced programmes.
You will play a key role in delivering high-reliability PCB designs (4–20 layers) for cutting-edge systems, working closely with electronics, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and layout complex multi-layer PCBs (4–20 layers) including rigid, flex and rigid-flex designs
* Deliver high-speed, RF, analogue, digital and power PCB layouts to demanding performance standards
* Apply best practice in PCB design for signal integrity, EMC, and manufacturability (DFM/DFT)
* Define stack-ups, controlled impedance routing, and via structures (blind/buried)
* Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure PCB design meets electrical and physical requirements
* Work with manufacturers to ensure PCB designs are production-ready and optimised
* Incorporate test strategies into PCB layouts without compromising performance
* Maintain and develop PCB CAD libraries (symbols & footprints)
* Support design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in PCB design processes and tools
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in PCB design, layout and routing of complex electronic assemblies
* Strong track record delivering multi-layer, high-density PCB designs
* Experience designing high-speed, RF, analogue and power PCBs
* Proficiency with industry-standard PCB design tools (e.g. Altium, PADS)
* Solid understanding of signal integrity, EMC, and PCB layout best practices
* Experience working with DFM/DFT and PCB manufacturing processes
Security Requirements
Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC/DV)
