The Procurement division at SF Partners is on the lookout for an Administrator ready to progress their career in the procurement world!
Your responsibilities will be varied depending on internal project deadlines, however, your responsibilities could include:
- Preparing samples for sales meetings and customers.
- Supporting visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Coordinating with internal design, sales and approvals teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Reviewing product samples and providing feedback to ensure products meet the required standards.
- Communicating any product delays or issues to the relevant teams.
- Maintaining product development trackers and keeping information accurate and up to date.
- Attending supplier meetings and trade fairs to gain market insight and identify new product opportunities.
- Analysing sales forecasts and existing product performance to help identify successful product trends.
- Researching market trends, customer demographics and potential new product ideas.
- Obtaining and comparing supplier quotations to help identify the best combination of price and quality.
This role really enables you to build your understanding of the full product lifecycle from start to finish and be part of the end-to-end product journey.
What we're looking for the successful candidate to have is:
- Experience within a fast-paced and ever-changing administrative role. (Within procurement/product is desirable but not essential).
- The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using all Microsoft packages including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive and willingness to chase outstanding information to keep projects on track.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
1-2 days working from home will be offered once you are comfortable and confident within your role.
