Main Purpose of the job as a Graduate Project Manager:
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of DGP. You will be working closely with other members of the Project Management team to deliver major projects for our key clients across the UK from initial concept right through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Project deliveries: Schedule, track, and ensure the successful completion of deliveries according to client requirements.
* Attend client meetings: Participate actively in project briefings, status reviews, and alignment meetings alongside senior team members.
* Deliver status reporting: Prepare and distribute clear operational reports to keep clients informed of delivery metrics and project milestones.
* Track project timelines: Monitor internal schedules, updates, and deliverables to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
* Maintain documentation: Keep critical project logs, risk registers, and action items accurate and up to date
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
* Education: Recently graduated or on track to graduate next summer with a relevant university degree.
* IT Skills: Strong digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Excel skills in particular (e.g., data sorting, formulas, VLOOKUPs).
* Communication: Good communication skills to professionally interact with clients and senior management..
* Adaptability: A flexible mindset with the ability to remain calm and adaptable in a reactive, fast-paced environment.
