Office Administrators

Location: Portsmouth
Job Type: Temporary Assignment (Approximately 4 - 6 Weeks)
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently seeking confident administrators to support a busy office-based project for approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous administration experience who are available to start immediately and enjoy working in a fast-paced, professional environment. We are looking for organised and detail-oriented candidates who can manage tasks efficiently and work to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Contact garages to request confirmation and resubmission of account details.

Follow up on outstanding invoices and request copies where required.

Accurately input, update, and maintain records on internal systems.

Process documentation and ensure information is recorded correctly.

Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with external contacts.

Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required.

Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and targets.

Skills & Experience

Previous administration experience is essential.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confident and professional communication skills, both over the telephone and via email.

Good data entry and IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to prioritise workload and work accurately under pressure.

Experience updating databases and maintaining records.

A proactive and professional approach to work.
