The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Overview
To deliver the pre-agreed budgeted margin for the designated postcode area. To increase the number of trading accounts in the postcode area by achieving a pre-agreed new business target. To retain the existing customer base and grow the spend per account through category up selling. To represent the company to the market and to represent the market to the company.
Main Duties
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Prospect and generate new business leads
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Knowledge and Experience:
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workload effectively
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience in hospitality sector is desirable but not essential
