This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Administrator or Coordinator who is looking to develop their career within projects and commercial operations.

The role will involve:

* Coordinating project schedules

* Dealing with customer enquiries

* Liaising with customers and internal departments

* Processing timesheets and sales invoices

* Maintaining accurate project and commercial records

* Supporting projects through to completion

We’re looking for someone with:

* Strong administration and organisational skills

* Good customer communication skills

* Confident Excel and Microsoft Office ability

* Experience working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities

* A proactive and professional approach

Previous project, logistics, engineering or commercial experience would be beneficial but is not essential
