About the Company
Our client is a well-established manufacturing business that produces and delivers food packaging solutions to a wide range of companies across the UK. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and supportive team based in central Bristol.
The Role
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an excellent service throughout the order process. You will be responsible for processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing support via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Taking orders via telephone and email
Arranging and coordinating deliveries
Maintaining accurate customer records on the CRM system
Responding to customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
Ensuring a high level of attention to detail at all times
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilmentSkills Required
Previous order processing experience
Experience taking orders via phone and email
Ability to arrange and coordinate deliveries
Strong attention to detail
Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems
Excellent communication and customer service skillsExperience Desired
Previous experience using a CRM system
Customer service, call centre, or telephony-based experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environmentWorking Hours
