Brook Street Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to join a respected housing provider in Bristol on a 2-month temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional who is passionate about supporting tenants and ensuring communities are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of tenants and properties
Conducting tenancy visits and property inspections
Supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies
Addressing tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour
Liaising with external agencies and support services
Maintaining accurate records and case notes
Requirements:
✅ Previous Housing Officer or similar experience is essential
✅ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service required due to the immediate start date
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
