Your Role as Deputy Manager:
As the Deputy Manager, you’ll help create a warm, nurturing and inspiring environment for children, families and staff. You will:

Lead daily operations alongside the Nursery Manager
*
Build trusted relationships with families and external professionals
*
Inspire, guide and develop your team to deliver exceptional care and education
*
Champion children’s wellbeing so they feel safe, happy and ready to thrive

Bring the EYFS to life through meaningful, engaging experiences
What We’re Looking For:

Level 3+ Early Years qualification
*
Strong knowledge of the EYFS
*
Confident understanding of safeguarding & child protection
*
Previous leadership experience in a nursery setting
*
A genuine passion for early years and making a real difference
