Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee project budgets, ensuring alignment with tendered values and programme requirements.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare valuations, monitor costs, and oversee payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
* Support month-end reporting and provide weekly and monthly KPI data to track progress and performance.
* Produce accurate financial forecasts and manage cost control processes.
* Work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual and commercial obligations.
* Carry out any other duties consistent with the level and scope of the role.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Essential:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying or Commercial role within construction, utilities, or infrastructure.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Working knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract.
* Ability to prepare detailed cost reports, financial forecasts, and progress updates.
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
Desirable:
* Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
* Experience within the water or wastewater infrastructure sector.
* Exposure to framework delivery models and client-side reporting.
* Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
