We are currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher / KS1 Teacher / KS2 Teacher to join a supportive and established primary school. This is an exciting opportunity for a Teacher who is passionate about delivering high quality education and making a lasting impact on pupil outcomes.
This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to secure a long-term position with strong support and development opportunities.
You will play a key role in accelerating pupil progress, addressing individual learning needs, and ensuring consistently strong outcomes for all pupils.
The Role:
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the Primary curriculum (KS1 or KS2)
Use assessment data to track, monitor and improve pupil progress
Implement effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policy
Support pupils with SEND, EAL and additional learning needs
Create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and wider staff
Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues
Contribute to the wider school community and school development
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in UK primary schools (KS1 or KS2)
Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
Proven ability to raise pupil achievement and progress
Excellent classroom management skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
