18 Week Support is on the lookout for enthusiastic clinicians to join our team. You’ll be working alongside experienced professionals and under the expert guidance of our Clinical and Nurse Leads — all while making a real difference to patient care.
Main Duties of the Role
- Assisting in all areas within Dermatology including Phototherapy, Minor Surgery, dermatology day care treatments including patch testing and Iontophoresis.
- Will be trained to deliver Iontophoresis and assisting in Patch test clinic under the supervision of a registered nurse
- To deliver topical treatments to patients attending day care unit under the supervision of registered nurse
- To assist clinicians in Minor Surgery acting as scrub or assisting nurse. Will be prepared to undergone training for this.
- To will be willing to be trained in skin camouflage clinic (according to service needs)
- Fully achieve and maintain competencies within the competency framework for this post
