Office Manager – Commercial Property

LOCATION: MONOCLE, Hull City Centre

SALARY: Based on Experience + Bonus & Benefits

Allenby Commercial is looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Office Manager to join its successful commercial property development and investment business.

Based at MONOCLE in Hull city centre, you’ll work closely with the Board of Directors, internal stakeholders, tenants and prospective occupiers. You’ll take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing professional executive and administrative support across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager, Executive Assistant or senior administrator who wants more than a traditional office-based position. You’ll be trusted with genuine responsibility and have the opportunity to become an integral part of an ambitious and successful property business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Allenby Commercial office.

Manage correspondence, administration, meetings, appointments and general office organisation.

Provide professional and confidential support to the Board of Directors.

Prepare documents, correspondence and meeting information, following up actions and ensuring key tasks are progressed.

Act as one of contact for commercial tenants, responding to enquiries and coordinating solutions to property-related matters.

Maintain accurate business records and property documentation.

Assist with property inspections and general property management activities when required.

Support the Directors with property acquisitions, developments and other commercial projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload.

A proactive and driven approach, with the confidence to work independently and take ownership.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A professional and personable manner when dealing with Directors, tenants, contractors and prospective occupiers.

Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative and IT skills.

Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in property and business would be desirable.

Flexibility and a willingness to get involved wherever support is required.

A full UK driving licence, as occasional travel between sites across Hull and East Yorkshire will be required.
