The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations across construction projects
* Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
* Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments
* Maintain accurate site records and reporting
About You
* Experience as a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager within construction
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Committed to delivering high-quality projects safely and efficiently
* Ambitious and keen to progress within the business
