Are you looking to start your career in the City of London? We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Administrator to join a supportive, easy going, friendly and family feel team. You will work closely with a small team of administrators, on behalf of a global organisation! This administrative role is extremely varied, and will give you the opportunity to grow and progress across the company!

What You'll Do:

Provide essential administrative support to the wider senior team.
Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence with precision.
Maintain organised records, files and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Handling confidential client information and manage internal systems.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an administrative role is ideal.
Experience, knowledge of interest in Law would be ideal.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. 🗣️
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
