The company is based in the Gravesham area, and the Mortgage Administrator opportunity is being offered on a full time, permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday to Friday – 9am to 5.30pm.
What You'll Be Doing
* Overseeing mortgage applications from start to finish—keeping things organised, accurate, and stress-free for our clients from submission through to completion
* Keep everyone in the loop, whether it’s clients, lenders, underwriters, or solicitors. Clear, upbeat communication is a must
* Support and assist the Company Director with daily operational responsibilities – primarily Case Management
* Handle the odd hiccup with a cool head and a can-do attitude. They are all about teamwork and lending a hand when things get super busy
What We're After
* At least two year’s experience in mortgage administration (or a similar role gained within a financial environment)
* Experience using a CRM platform is essential (experience using ACRE and/or GoHighLevel is a distinct advantage)
* CeMAP Level 1 (minimum requirement)
* Previous experience in (or exposure to) Buy to Let mortgage schemes
* Great communicator: you can keep things clear and friendly, whether in person or online
* Organised, reliable, and ready to be part of a supportive, relaxed team
