Autograph Recruitment are working with a successful, growing business in Chepstow that is looking for a Customer Coordinator to join their team.
With an impressive UK and international customer base, this is a business that is continuing to grow and they want someone who can grow with them.
What will you be doing?
You'll become a key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, making sure they receive a brilliant experience while looking for ways to strengthen and develop those relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing and developing relationships with new and existing customers
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Understanding customer requirements and finding the right solutions
* Following up on enquiries and opportunities
* Identifying opportunities to develop existing accounts
* Working closely with internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly
* Keeping customer information and records accurate and up to date
* Supporting wider sales, account management and business development activity

You don't need to tick every box, but you'll need to be confident, personable and commercially minded.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience in customer service, account management, sales or a similar relationship-focused role
* Enjoys speaking to people and building genuine relationships
* Has a confident and professional telephone manner
* Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities
* Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
* Has excellent attention to detail
* Is naturally curious and enjoys understanding what customers need
* Wants to develop their career and take on more responsibility
