The Role
Supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
Providing classroom support to help pupils engage with their learning.
Working alongside teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment.
Adapting to the needs of different pupils and schools.
Taking on ad-hoc cover or longer-term placements, depending on your preferences.
We're Looking For
Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in Barry is essential.
Someone reliable, adaptable and passionate about supporting children's learning.
A positive, patient and supportive approach.
The ability to work effectively as part of a school team.
Requirements
An Enhanced DBS certificate.
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
