The Requirements:
The Environment & Rhythm
* Office-Based Energy: Work alongside a high-octane team on a vibrant, fast-paced sales floor. This is an office-based role Monday to Friday.
* High-Volume Outreach: Spend your days executing high-volume cold calls and booking pitching sessions.
* Modern Pitching: Transition warm phone and email leads into Microsoft Teams video meetings to visually present our solutions and win new business
* Industry Event Opportunities: Step away from the desk periodically to represent the brand face-to-face at major industry conferences and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
* New Business Acquisition: Identify, map, and aggressively target new corporate clients & repeat business from existing clients through heavy phone outreach, social selling, and networking.
* Pipeline Velocity: Secure, prepare, and run high-impact Microsoft Teams video pitches with C-suite executives and HR decision-makers.
* Closing: Negotiate commercial terms, overcome objections, and displace incumbent competitors to win exclusive business.
* Event Networking: Maximise lead generation when attending industry events, turning casual handshakes into formal sales pipelines.
What We Are Looking For
* Pure Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of net-new business generation (B2B sales or recruitment background preferred).
* Phone Warriors: Someone who thrives on high outbound call volumes and treats a "no" as just a stepping stone to a "yes."
* Polished Presenters: Confident communication skills to command room authority over Microsoft Teams and face-to-face at exhibitions.
* Target-Driven Focus: A self-starting attitude obsessed with exceeding KPIs and billing targets.
* IT & tech savvy: Must be able to use a CRM, LinkedIn, Teams/Zoom, write great emails etc
