Our clients is a leading specialist, multi-disciplined contractor based in the South East. They pride themselves on providing value engineering foundation packages through their internal design team. They operate in the domestic and commercial industry sectors and are looking for an experienced Foundations and Groundworks Estimator to assist with their level of enquiries.

Foundations & Groundworks Estimator requirements:

• A background in Eatimating Foundations & Groundwork packages

• Ability to demonstrate working within a team.

• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• A thorough understanding of contract law and regulations

• Ability to work well under pressure to get tenders out quickly and efficiently when needed.

• Knowledge of material and costs involved in relation to Groundworks and Foundations packages.

• 5 year+ experience as an Estimator in Groundworks or Foundations industries
