The Role - Quantity Surveyor (Façade/Cladding or Drylining)
My client are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
The role will be a mixture of office, site and home working (x1 day from home)
* Ability to manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and final accounts
* Confident with Main Contract administration; valuations, variations & final account
* Experience providing cost reporting and forecasting
* Knowledge of procurement, cost control & JCT Contracts
* Excellent commercial acumen and communications skills
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (preferred)
* Façade remediation / recladding / drylining experience required
