The Role
An established and growing air conditioning contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join its installation team. Based out of the Dartford office, this Air Conditioning Engineer role will focus on the installation and commissioning of commercial air conditioning systems across Central London, with occasional work away when required.

What's on Offer
* £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary (dependent on experience).
* Company van with fuel card.
* Personal use of company van.
* Power tools provided (own hand tools required).
* Overtime paid at 1.5x after 4:00pm and Saturdays.
* No Sunday working.
* 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
* Permanent, full-time position.
* Predominantly installation work with minimal maintenance.
* Weekly visit to the Dartford office.
* Typical working hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm on site.

Key Responsibilities
* Install commercial air conditioning systems across a range of projects.
* Install and commission VRF/VRV air conditioning systems.
* Carry out basic fault finding and diagnostics where required.
* Work efficiently to programme deadlines while maintaining high installation standards.
* Ensure all work complies with current regulations and company quality standards.
* Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach whilst on client sites.
* Liaise effectively with project managers and other site personnel.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
* Strong commercial installation experience.
* Proven experience installing VRF/VRV systems.
* Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
* Professional, reliable and presentable.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to occasionally work away from home when required.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
* F-Gas Category 1 Certification.
* Valid CSCS Card.
* Full UK Driving Licence
