The Role
You'll take ownership of the mechanical delivery on fast-paced commercial fit-out projects, managing site teams and subcontractors while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.
We're Looking For
* Experience delivering mechanical building services projects.
* Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out experience.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical installations and building services.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* SMSTS and CSCS preferred.
