What You'll Be Doing
As a nursery practitioner, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing warm, nurturing and high-quality care
* Planning and supporting fun, creative and age-appropriate activities
* Encouraging children's learning, confidence and independence
* Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Supporting children's development in line with the EYFS
* Completing observations and contributing to children's learning journeys
* Maintaining a safe, secure and stimulating environment
* Working collaboratively as part of a friendly and professional team
We're looking for a nursery practitioner who is enthusiastic, caring and genuinely passionate about giving children the best possible start in life.
About You
You could be an experienced nursery practitioner or a newly qualified early years professional looking to develop your career.
We're looking for someone who is:
* Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or a relevant qualification
* Passionate about working with children
* Warm, friendly and approachable
* Committed to supporting children's development
* A positive team player
* Creative and enthusiastic
* Reliable, professional and hardworking
* Committed to safeguarding and children's wellbeing
