A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (1-4 PQE) to join its London transactional team. The role offers exposure to high-quality, complex corporate work with a strong focus on cross-border M&A for blue-chip clients.
The Role:
You will join the corporate team advising on advising on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. This will focus on public and private M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, restructurings, and strategic projects across sectors including real estate, energy, financial services, technology, and infrastructure.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your profile on significant international transactions within a collaborative and ambitious team.
About You:
- You will be England & Wales qualified, with 1–4 PQE with strong corporate/M&A experience, gained from a city law firm
