PRS Recruitment is recruiting a Contract Support Administrator to provide administrative support across facilities management contracts. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone with strong administration skills who is confident using Excel, organised and able to pick up new systems quickly.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am–5pm with a one-hour lunch
Contract: Temporary for 3 months
Start: ASAP

Key responsibilities:

Update and close planned maintenance tasks and work orders on the facilities management system.
Maintain accurate electronic records and contract information.
Run and filter Excel reports and spreadsheets.
Chase suppliers for outstanding invoices.
Liaise with contract managers, internal teams and suppliers.
Support general contract administration, reporting and documentation.What we’re looking for:

Previous administration experience within a corporate or business-to-business environment.
Confident Excel skills, including working with spreadsheets and filtering data.
Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
Clear communication skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently from home and manage workloads.
Facilities management, helpdesk or CAFM system experience would be an advantage.Candidates from other industries with relevant administration experience are welcome to apply.
