The Successful Continuous Improvement Manager Will Have:

* Previous experience as a Continuous Improvement Manager, Lean Manager, Operational Excellence Manager or similar

* Experience delivering Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives within manufacturing, fabrication or engineering

* Strong knowledge of Lean principles, process improvement and operational excellence

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence teams across all levels

* Commutable to the Carnwath area

The Role Of The Continuous Improvement Manager Will Include:

* Leading and implementing the company's continuous improvement strategy

* Driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives across fabrication, engineering and construction operations

* Identifying and eliminating waste, improving efficiency and increasing value throughout project delivery

* Working closely with teams across design, fabrication, delivery and construction to improve communication and performance

* Monitoring KPIs and embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business
