Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a short-term project in Derbyshire, starting on the 20th of July.
Project Details:
* Duration: 6/8 weeks
* Scope: New Build Housing
* Environment: Live site, assisiting with finishing the units.
Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work
* Proven experience managing similar new build housing developments.
* Strong health & safety awareness, particularly with roof and void works
Duties:
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations
* Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
* Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance
* Coordinating works with subcontractors, trades & labour
* Reporting progress to the project team
