The Role
As BMS Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle delivery of complex BMS projects within the data centre sector, from design coordination through to commissioning and handover.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing BMS projects from pre-construction through to final delivery
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Overseeing programme, budget, and resource planning
Coordinating design, engineering, installation, and commissioning activities
Ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
Supporting commercial performance, variations, and reporting
About You
Proven experience managing BMS / Building Management System projects
Strong background in data centres, mission-critical, or large commercial projects
Solid understanding of BMS platforms, integration, and controls strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Eligible to work in Ireland
