Regular work with alternate weekends required.As a care home Relief Chef you will be:
Working on a 2 week rota, 3 days a week. Week one is Tuesday/Saturday/Sunday, Second week is Monday/Thursday/Friday. This is ongoing.
Bringing your valuable experience from a care home or other professional kitchen environment.
Contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen team.
Plan and prepare appealing, nutritious meals that meet individual children needs and preferences, including dietary requirements.
Ensuring the kitchen environment is consistently clean and adheres to all food safety standards.What do you need?
IDDSI training
Level 2/3 Food Hygiene Certificate
Food Allergen Certificate
Enhanced DBS Certificate on the update service
