About the Opportunity
We are working with an established law firm, who are looking to strengthen their Private Client department with the appointment of a motivated and client-focused legal professional.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor looking to develop their career in Private Client law, or an experienced Private Client Paralegal with a solid background in wills, probate and estate administration.
The firm is keen to hear from candidates who have a genuine interest in private client work and are committed to providing a high standard of client care.
The Role
Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:
Drafting wills and advising clients on will-related matters.
Assisting with probate applications and estate administration.
Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
Supporting clients through the administration of estates following bereavement.
Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other professionals.
Maintaining accurate client files and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Managing client matters efficiently while delivering a professional and approachable service.
About You
We would welcome applications from candidates who meet one of the following profiles:
A newly qualified Solicitor with an interest in developing their Private Client practice.
An experienced Private Client Paralegal with practical experience in wills, probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
A legal professional with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
Someone who communicates confidently and professionally and can handle sensitive matters with empathy and discretion.Previous experience in a Private Client department is desirable, with the level of responsibility tailored to the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
