Contract Support – Facilities Management
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract with scope to go permanent
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Working Arrangement: Fully site-based, 5 days per week
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Contract Support position based in Nottingham, working for a leading Facilities Management company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator or Contract Support professional to join a large and well-established organisation. The role will provide key administrative and operational support to the Facilities Management team, helping to ensure contracts are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
The position is initially offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with genuine scope for the role to become permanent for the right person.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and contract support to the Facilities Management team.

Assist with the coordination and administration of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
*
Raise and manage purchase orders, work orders and invoices.
*
Monitor and update job and contract records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to coordinate works and resolve queries.
*
Manage incoming requests and ensure jobs are allocated and progressed within agreed timescales.

Assist with reporting, spreadsheets and general financial administration.
*
Track outstanding works and follow up with relevant teams to ensure completion.
*
Maintain accurate records relating to compliance, contractors and site activities.
*
Support the wider Facilities Management team with general administration and coordination.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident dealing with multiple stakeholders. Previous experience within Facilities Management, Contract Support, Helpdesk, Property, Construction or a similar environment would be advantageous.
Important Requirements
Due to the nature of the site and the services being provided, the successful candidate will be required to complete DBS and financial background checks prior to starting.
