We are seeking a talented Senior Java Developer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual eager to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot and debug applications, enhancing performance and user experience.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, implementing best practises in software development.
Skills

Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
Solid experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong communication skills, with a keen ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
