Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:
Develop detailed architectural drawings, technical designs, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD
Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to produce accurate and efficient technical solutions for various project types
Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather information and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with design intent and building regulations
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle to address technical issues and provide design solutionsQualifications required for this Architectural Technologist role:
Proficiency in Revit
Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards
Excellent technical drawing and design skills with a keen eye for detail
