Operation Support Administrator
Leeds City Centre
£27,500 plus company profit bonus each year
Shift working and your rota would be issued a month in advance.

7am-3pm
9am-5.30pm
2pm-10pm Must be available to work 1 weekend per month.

Your new role This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing data business and provide them with complex admin support.

This is a key part of the role and focusses on regularly overseeing systems and processes to ensure everything is operating as expected. While some issues will be clearly highlighted, others rely on an awareness of typical performance, key platforms, and ongoing activities to identify when something may not be running smoothly.
When an issue is identified, it's important to follow established procedures to restore normal operations in a timely and organised way. This may involve coordinating a range of actions, but clear communication is essential-raising awareness of the issue, outlining what steps are being taken, and keeping relevant stakeholders updated throughout.
Typical daily duties:

Accurately maintaining and updating client account details to ensure records are current and reliable
Producing and reviewing weekly reports to monitor account activity and identify any inconsistencies or areas requiring attention
Participating in team meetings to share insights on client trends, highlight observations, and contribute to opportunities for account development
Supporting the coordination and administration of new projects across the wider team, ensuring tasks are organised and delivered on time
Managing and inputting updates to live financial data, ensuring any changes are recorded promptly and communicated where necessary
