We are working with a fantastic company in Leeds who are looking for an experienced, Administrator on an ongoing, temporary basis. Working with a small but busy team setting, this administration role will be a varied opportunity where the successful candidate will support with the tracking and collation of stock, deal with enquiries and provide wider administrative support This is a challenging administration role which is fully office based, key duties will involve;

Data processing
Updating excel trackers
Dealing with internal stakeholders
Manage and resolve enquiries
Process orders and manage all related administration

This is an ongoing opportunity where a permanent opportunity may develop. Working 9-5 Monday-Friday, the successful candidate must have;

Minimum of 12 months administration experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Team player
Proficient in all MS Office package
