Overview
A growing high-end fit out and refurbishment contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team delivering bespoke residential and commercial projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, operating independently and delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments. The role would suit a strong all-round Site Manager who is confident managing subcontractors, programmes, logistics and client expectations on demanding London projects.
The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-spec fit out and refurbishment schemes, ensuring works are delivered safely, professionally, on programme and to a high standard throughout. Projects include luxury residential refurbishments and premium commercial fit outs with high-end finishes, detailed coordination requirements and demanding clients.
You'll work closely with senior management while being trusted to run projects properly, manage site teams effectively and maintain strong standards across health & safety, quality and programme. This role offers genuine long-term progression within a growing contractor that values reliable people who take pride in delivery.

- Fit out / refurbishment experience and ideally some high-end residential exposure
- Strong organisational and communication skills
