Pre-Con Administrator role

Full time based in Croydon

We're working with a Tier 1 Fit Out business, who are looking for a Pre-Construction Administrator to their growing team in Croydon. They deliver projects from £50,000 to £30 million within the commercial office, healthcare, education and leisure sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in construction administration, estimating administration, bid administration or document control who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a busy pre-construction team.

The Role

You'll be providing administrative support to the Estimating and Proposals teams, helping ensure tenders and pre-construction projects run smoothly. The role is approximately 75% estimating administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being organised and working with multiple deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Managing tender submissions and online portals.
Document control, distribution and filing.
Liaising with subcontractors and managing quotation enquiries.
Maintaining project trackers and pre-construction records.
Providing general administrative support to the Estimating and Pre-Construction teams.
Ensuring documentation is accurate and completed within deadlines.

Requirements

Strong organisational and administrative skills & excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
Confident using Microsoft Office and working with project documentation
