Hays Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Joiner to join a well-established team working on a commercial maintenance contract across Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled joiner looking for long-term, ongoing work with a busy and growing maintenance contractor.
Your new role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Joiner, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance works across commercial buildings, ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
General joinery repairs and maintenance
Hanging and repairing doors
Fitting locks, handles and ironmongery
Repairing skirting boards, architraves and flooring
Minor partitioning and fire door repairs
Completing reactive maintenance works
Basic multi-skilled tasks including patch plastering, tiling, painting and general building repairs
What you'll need to succeed
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience in commercial maintenance environments
Multi-skilled maintenance experience desirable
Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently

£16.50 - £22.00 per hour
