Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be searching for a plot sales paralegal to join a dedicated plot sales, working for a global law firm.
The role includes but is not limited to:
S38/S278 Agreements
Completing S104 Agreements
Deeds of Easement for Gas Electricity. Fibre and water suppliers
Transfer of open space or other ad hoc transfer at development sites
Attending marketing and networking events with clients and intermediaries The Ideal Candidate:
3 years previous experience in dealing with infrastructure agreements
LPC or ILEX qualified
Amazing communication skills, written and verbal
Keen attention to detail
Good knowledge of MS365 packagesThis is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Plot Sales Paralegal to join a global law firm!
